Service Agreement

By requesting a consultation or booking a service with End To End Home Fix, you enter into a binding agreement subject to these Terms & Conditions. All services are provided based on the scope, specifications, and pricing outlined in your individual project contract.

Project Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes, unforeseen structural issues arise, or client-requested modifications occur. Any cost changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% is required before work commences, with progress payments scheduled at project milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and client sign-off. Financing options are available for qualified homeowners with terms outlined separately.

Project Timeline

We commit to the timelines specified in your contract. However, delays caused by weather, material shortages, permit processing, or client-requested changes may affect the schedule. We communicate any delays promptly and adjust timelines accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled start date receive a full deposit refund minus a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% deposit forfeiture. Work already completed will be billed at the contracted rate.

Warranty & Guarantees

Our warranties cover defects in workmanship for the period specified in your contract (5–25 years depending on package). Warranties do not cover damage from natural disasters, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

Limitation of Liability

End To End Home Fix's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total contract price. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to claims of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
